Jerry Woolfolk, a retired Master Sergeant with 24 years of military service, has called Colorado Springs home since 1993, after being stationed at Fort Carson. Drawn to the Colorado Springs lifestyle, he and his wife, Stephanie, have embraced the community. A passionate real estate professional, Jerry holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and has helped aging clients prepare their homes for sale. Known for his dedication and genuine care, he has earned life long friendships by making the process easy for clients. Having cared for a family member with a prolonged health condition, Jerry also understands in-home care challenges and is knowledgeable about military assistance programs.
Barbara Schiappacasse
Barb’s extensive background goes beyond her 17 years as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She has earned multiple Realtor designations including ABR, CNE, GRI, REOS, SFR, and has degrees in Psychology and Nuclear Medicine Technology. She has worked as a Residential Living Specialist, Guardian Ad Litem, and Institutional Advocate, where she evaluated nursing homes to improve residents’ quality of care. She also launched a volunteer program providing home support and transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Chaffee County, Colorado. Barb’s personal experiences—raising a child with complex disabilities, supporting a brother with muscular dystrophy, and finding appropriate senior living for her mother as she developed dementia—give her unique expertise and compassion as the lead partner of Senior Living Realty Navigators.
Janette Greene
Janette Greene has also earned her National Association of Realtors designation as a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). She knows first-hand the challenges of selling a seniors’ “family home”. She has experience in helping senior home sellers arrange everything from getting estimates for needed repairs to finding assistance to clear out unwanted items, providing estate sales referrals and facilitating moves to appropriate Senior Living options. The skills she used as a hotel manager bring invaluable experience in assessing the quality and comfort of the physical environment of various Senior Living options.
